Carsa is an Independent Strategic Consultancy which, since 1987, has filled a major gap in the business fabric, placing at its customers’ disposal the experience of a team consisting entirely of Industrial Engineers, Telecommunications Engineers, IT Engineers and Graduates in Law, Marketing and Economics, who pursue their business in a manifestly horizontal structure, permitting an efficient and measurable response to the most demanding indicators. Since 1987, it has focused on services to public organisations and companies, with three main pillars: Innovation, Technology and Internationalisation.

The aim at Carsa is to provide modern consultancy services, with tangible results, offering all nature of solutions, for both SMEs and for public services, universities, etc. whereby a contribution is made to the steady improvement of the quality of the services offered by these organisations.
